Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Nevada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing administrative support for clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Scan invoices and create PDFs, ensuring speed and accuracy in data entry.
• Perform billing and clerical duties, demonstrating proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, taking orders and entering them into the system.
• Download orders into the system after reviewing and correcting the list.
• Manually enter orders into the system when necessary.
• Review and correct the Status Report and transfer the order file for routing.
• Notify customers or sales representatives of customer item issues.
• Ensure Certificates and Spec Sheets are provided to customers as needed.
• Perform daily invoicing of credit memos.
• Handle credit and collections, answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Research customer, sales representative, and affiliate inquiries.
• Serve as backup for Will-Call and other positions as directed by the supervisor.
• File documents as directed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Must have a nice phone voice, great customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary:

Starting at $17.50 per hour, with an increase to $18.00 per hour once hired permanently.
